During the mid-nineties I started looking into different forms of healing for myself. At first, I trained as a massage therapist and reflexologist. However, the idea of working with energy healing appealed to me as it is such an integral part of healing. The holistic approach of treating the mind, body, spirit made much more sense to me than trying to deal with the body as a separate entity. So I went on to train in Bio-Energy, Pranic Healing and Reiki. I also became an Avatar Master. I worked with each of these modalities, but when I discovered EFT, it really appealed to me because of it's simplicity and the fantastic speedy results it achieves. When my second baby was born, I was overwhelmed by a huge feeling of loss which made no sense to me. I was always close to tears and felt panic and anxiety most of the time. After two years of that, I trained in EFT and within a very short time, I had discovered the core of my problem and eliminated all those awful feelings. It was so wonderful to feel normal again. Because of the simplicity of EFT, and the very high success rate it achieves - 85% - I now choose EFT as the main tool I use when working with clients. It is my greatest wish to help others to free themselves from pain and hurt and to move forward in their lives with a new found sense of freedom, joy and hope.

However, I do not work with people who suffer from a serious mental disorder.
